The Social Care Manager carries responsibility for the care delivered to the young people living in a Positive Care Ireland house and for the staff who deliver that care.
The Regional Manager carries operational responsibility at a regional level for all projects and services in the geographical region assigned to them.
The Relief Social Care Worker will act as the support and care worker to young people referred to the house. He / she will contribute to an assessment of needs, thereafter implementing aspects of Placement, Behaviour Support (BSP), and Individual Crisis Management (ICMP) Plans that will help meet assessed needs.
The Trainer coordinates and delivers training for staff within the Positive Care group. The trainer is a key role for staff at all levels, motivating and developing staff, providing feedback to managers, to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
